More on the Shining One

Some people are just too shiny, they overwhelm you with inspiration!.  I recently bougnt the Metro Mag on KC Concepcion.  I can't believe it! How time flies! She's graduating!  Times like these I begin to really feel my age.  But never mind that.  Her impending cross over to a new phase in her life is again inspiring me.  Making me wanna go back to school and learn more!  Learn anything! They say, if you stop learning new things everyday, then your life stops.  Then you've got no life.  She's inspired me to save up some money maybe to learn a new language, to drive a car!, to study music or art.  I wanna learn everything sometimes I feel like I won't have enough time to do it all at once!

Here's to hoping I finish at least one...;-D

 

 

Recollection II

In mornings

    we sun ourselves

       in fields of green,



frolicking to and fro

    the wind smells fresh of flowers,



In afternoons

    we count raindrops

       gazing at windows

          spanning wet worlds,



Sometimes we'd get ourselves soaked

    our socks squishing in old rubbers,



While waiting for rainbows,

    we kiss.....



In evenings

    we sit on the porch

       watching silent stars

          him playing his guitar

             while I... laying my head closed-eye

                on his comforting shoulder...

Seasons of Love.

I recently re-read  Richard Bach's "Bridge Across Forever",  He set an idea about human existence, He said that all of us were created to learn about LOVE in this lifetime. A million lifetimes in learning and relearning Love.  Made me think how infinitely giving our God is.  Imagine a chance to Learn and Re-learn love in whole lifetimes until we get it right.
